Your Elopement or Wedding Experience

(Pricing towards bottom of page)

So you have decided on Saying "I do" in the great outdoors...

You recognize that your wedding day warrants an experience beyond the confines of tradition

You understand that the most memorable experiences often come from taking a different path, not following the crowd.

Sound like you?

Are You This Couple?

While this is a broad characterization, the couples I resonate with the most typically include:

- Prefer to be hiking over the weekends instead of being stuck inside
- Laid back, go with the flow, maybe even introverted (like myself)
- Have a dog...or a few
- Values experiences over things
- Believes love is love
- Respects the environment and practices "leave no trace"
-Don't enjoy being the center or attention

Hi, I am Tori!

Your Adventure Elopement Photographer

When I am not busy with my kids, running a household while my husband is deployed, you can find me researching elopement locations in Washington and documenting couple sin love in nature. . I love helping my couples find a location that works best for them based on their needs. Not only that, but I help create timelines for my couples. I use my experience from shooting traditional weddings to create timelines that flow so that you never feel rushed and you can truly enjoy your elopement day.

Discover the Process Below

1- INQUIRE

Arguably the biggest step you take for your elopement or wedding is not with your hiking boots, but by hitting that contact button. You have done your research and you are looking for that romantic light and airy feel mixed with a day full of adventure. Click here to fill out the contact form.

2- SCHEDULE A CALL

Depending on how adventurous you are as a couple, we may be getting our butts kicked on a difficult hike on your day. We are gonna want to make sure we get along while we huff and puff along the trail (insert my asthmatic wheezing lung sounds ha!). Depending on the size of your event, I may even be the only person to celebrate with if it's just the two of you. Scheduling a call to get to know one another and ask any questions before you make your decision is very important in making sure we get along for your big day.

3- SECURE YOUR DATE

After we have chatted and connected on our call, we secure your date (or date range). It's ok if you don't have an exact date yet, so as long as you have a date range. Elopements are not quite like traditional weddings. Things are a little more fluid and go with the flow, but as long as we have an idea of when, we are all set!

4- ADVENTURE PLANNING CALLS

At this point, if we haven't met up for your engagement session (they can be added to any elopement collection for 50% off), the first time we will meet face to face will be over your adventure planning Zoom call where I will help you plan your best adventure elopement or intimate wedding. From trail research, location scouting, permit processes, and logistics, we will go over it all. If you are having a more traditional wedding at a venue these planning calls will be more geared towards your timeline logistics. We may do this 1-3 times depending on how complicated and detailed your day will be.

5- HAVE THE BEST DAY

We have created your timeline based off what is most important to you and now you get to have your best day ever. Free from all the stress of not knowing how your day will go, you will finally get to say "I do" in your dream Washington location whether that's on top of a mountain, by an alpine lake, a local waterfall, on your family's property, or a quintessential PNW venue.

6- DOWNLOAD YOUR IMAGES

After we have chatted and connected on our call, we secure your date (or date range). It's ok if you don't have an exact date yet, so as long as you have a date range. Elopements are not quite like traditional weddings. Things are a little more fluid and go with the flow, but as long as we have an idea of when, we are all set!

"She made us feel comfortable and excited about our elopement..."

"THE SHOTS SHE CAPTURED ARE BREATHTAKING AND ABSOLUTELY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS..."

"...Helped us pick out the hike and planned the itinerary for the day making it very stress free..."

FAQ

Do you travel outside of Washington?

At this point, I do not. I like to stay local so that I am not traveling away from my kids. Most elopement photographers include travel costs (such as flights and accommodations) into their packages and therefore have higher rates. I like to stay within 150 miles of Bremerton, WA so that accommodations are not needed.

We only want 1 hour of coverage, do you do that?

The lowest coverage option I offer is 4 hours. I find anything less than that, your elopement day feels rushed. 4 hours is just enough time for ceremony, family photos (if applicable), couples photos, and exploring one location with minimal hiking. Exploring one location could also mean documenting a picnic, cake cutting, or champagne toasts as well.

We have 30 guests. Is that still an elopement?

Yes, but also no. I would consider 30 guests a micro wedding. Most locations in the National Parks cannot accommodate more than 10 people. But other locations like in state forests or state parks can. Some elopements might just be the two of you the first half of the day and include your guests the second half of the day. There are many ways to elope that also include guests. If you want to elope with more than 10 guests, just know that all your expectations might not be met. Following Leave No Trace principals is very important, which can only be done with smaller groups or getting a little creative on how you include guests.

Do you shoot traditional weddings?

I do take on a few traditional weddings per year. I consider a traditional wedding anything above 30 guests that takes place at a venue of some sort. Priority goes to weddings that are local to Kitsap county. I do offer a discount for certain local venues.

How long have you been shooting?

I have been shooting on an off for over 12 years. I just relaunched in 2023 after being a stay at home mom for several years.
