Bookings and Payments

2.1 Booking Confirmation: To secure our services, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee are required. We will not hold your booking until we receive these items.

2.2 Pricing and Payment: Our pricing is outlined in the contract and is subject to change without notice. Payment can be made via the methods specified in the contract, such as credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Full payment is due by the date specified in the contract.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of a cancellation by the client, the retainer fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event will require full payment. Refunds for cancellations made in advance may be provided at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, in connection with our website and services are owned by Pine + Vow.

3.2 Usage and Licensing: You agree not to use, copy, distribute, or modify any materials obtained from our website or services without our prior written consent. All photographs delivered to you are for personal use only unless otherwise specified in the contract.
